Select a Location to view the latest data capture. These links pull data as they were entered by the user. If you cannot find a user from an outreach center then look in the main campus data capture as this is where the user decided to submit his/her location when filling out the form.
Each Location has two forms (except the PD); Individual Line and Shared Line. The Individual Line data capture preview is displayed by default. Download each request form to get the full capture details.
